Job Purpose:
To drive sales performance by providing excellent customer service at the counter, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage walk-in customer sales and maximize sales potential
-
Meet and exceed sales targets as set by management
-
Provide accurate product information, quotations, and pricing
-
Handle inbound sales inquiries effectively and professionally
-
Plan and report on sales forecasts and customer potential
-
Track competitor activity and pricing in the area
-
Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, accounts, and telesales
-
Coordinate with departments (Accounts, Despatch, Warehouse, Technical) to improve customer satisfaction

Grow customer base and increase market share in the assigned area
-
Maintain strong and positive customer relationships
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales parts environment
-
Experience in direct customer sales and service
-
Sound knowledge of the local geographical area
-
Technical background is an added advantage

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of basic business principles (cost, breakeven, service delivery)
