Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and effective front desk, administrative, and clerical support to the Unit, ensuring professional customer service and smooth administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk reception services for the Unit

  • Respond to general and housing-related enquiries and refer to the appropriate staff

  • Submit a monthly summary report to the supervisor

  • Receive and direct incoming and outgoing mail

  • Collect and distribute documents for signatures

  • Manage boardroom bookings and ensure all provisions are in place (e.g., tea, seating, special requests)

Essential Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 months relevant experience

  • Computer literacy

  • 6 months relevant experience


Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Salary: R162,855.60 – R211,405.80 per annum

  • 13th Cheque: Yes

  • Pension Fund: Yes
