Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and effective front desk, administrative, and clerical support to the Unit, ensuring professional customer service and smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide front desk reception services for the Unit

Respond to general and housing-related enquiries and refer to the appropriate staff
-
Submit a monthly summary report to the supervisor
-
Receive and direct incoming and outgoing mail
-
Collect and distribute documents for signatures
-
Manage boardroom bookings and ensure all provisions are in place (e.g., tea, seating, special requests)
