Purpose of the Job
To provide administrative support to a designated team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across Sasol’s mining sites.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries and schedule appointments.

Organise and attend meetings; take minutes and keep accurate notes.

Maintain calendars and manage scheduling.
-
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and events.
-
Prepare documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
-
Distribute mail, newsletters, and correspondence.
-
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
-
Capture, sort, file, and cross-reference documents.
-
Compile and manipulate data for management reporting.
-
Control office supplies and stationery.
-
Complete invoicing and monitor department expenditures.
-
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts.

Answer and direct phone calls; assist visitors.

Ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Assist with the planning and implementation of office procedures.
Qualifications
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
-
No prior experience required, but relevant administrative exposure is beneficial.
