About the Role

Superbalist.com, a leading South African online fashion destination, is hiring an Online Fashion Assistant for the festive season (late September to early January) to support increased customer demand.

Reporting To

Customer Service Team Leader


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and support software

  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally

  • Manage exchanges and returns efficiently

  • Maintain professionalism and manage customer expectations courteously

  • Collect detailed customer information, educate customers, and document interactions

  • Collaborate to improve response times

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Qualifications & Experience

  • National Senior Certificate

  • 6-12 months customer service experience preferred

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
