Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site Front of House staff.

  • Set and manage service delivery standards.

  • Train all Front of House staff.

  • Implement and maintain operational systems.

  • Manage stock controls and asset management.

  • Analyze and anticipate client needs and potential complaints.

  • Manage client satisfaction and contribute to quality control programs.

  • Maintain sound interpersonal relationships with clients.

  • Ensure operational standards meet agreed service levels.

  • Achieve and maintain quality/star grading standards per Fedics Grading checklist.

  • Operate independently with proven leadership abilities.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Client service-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of business management principles.

  • Fully computer literate.


Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent competence is an advantage.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
