Job Description
Responsibilities:

Check all Purchase Orders prior to onboarding activities.

Create and manage new organogram units on Electronic Manning Board (EMB), ensuring data quality.

Review contractors’ engagement and onboarding packs.
-
Create positions on Navigator+.
-
Engage contractors on Navigator+/SAP HR system.
-
Book medicals (initial, periodic, exit) and training (new and periodic).
-
Manage offboarding activities including exit medicals and terminations.
-
Communicate with suppliers, send medical fitness certificates, and verify relevant training for specific roles.
-
Investigate queries related to medicals and training, refreshing profiles for successful replication.
-
Manage training document capture on SF-LMS system.
-
Enroll contractors on iTime, arrange site access, and resolve access issues.
-
Create secondary profiles on iTime for contractors requiring multiple site access.
-
Attend project meetings and assist walk-in contractors with queries.

Maintain contractors’ work schedules.
-
Handle general onboarding queries.
-
Extract SAP reports, clocking reports, in-service reports, access reports, engagement reports.
-
Provide weekly onboarding data to the data analyst.
-
Conduct SAP record clean-ups (data quality) and manage terminations on Navigator+.

Perform overall clean-up of Project Spotless.
This role is within the Contractor Onboarding Department (C4 level) reporting to the People & Organisation Advisor.
Qualifications
-
National Diploma or Advanced Certificate (NQF6) in HR required.

Bachelor’s Degree/BTech/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management is advantageous.
Experience
-
1 to 3 years relevant experience in a similar role or environment.

Experience in contractor management/onboarding is advantageous.

Competent in Operations HR systems and related legislation.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
-
Computer literate: SAP HR, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Experience with Navigator+, EMB, iTime, Qmed, LMS.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Pre-Requisites
-
Medical certificate of fitness.

Psychometric assessment.
-
No criminal record.
