Purpose of the Learnership
This is a structured 12-month learnership that leads to a nationally recognized FETC: Long-Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification. The program combines classroom learning with practical workplace experience in the financial services and health insurance industry.

Education Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) is essential

Mathematics: Minimum Level 4 (50%)

Incomplete tertiary qualifications may be advantageous
Additional Requirements

Not currently employed or enrolled in post-Matric studies

Must not have completed a previous learnership

Age between 18 and 25 years old
