Position Overview
Fidelity Services Group is looking for passionate, self-driven, and motivated Hybrid Sales Consultants to join its dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is someone with strong selling abilities, customer focus, and a proven sales record, particularly in capital goods or electronic security systems.
Key Responsibilities

Sell armed response and monitoring agreements.
-
Promote and sell alarm upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and other security products.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Source own leads and follow up on leads provided internally.

Build relationships with estate agents, builders, and architects.
-
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
-
Maintain sales administration with accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
-
Matric (or equivalent qualification).
-
PSIRA registration – Grade C required.
-
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
-
Previous sales experience (preferably in capital goods sales).

Knowledge of alarm systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX) advantageous.
