Position Overview

Fidelity Services Group is looking for passionate, self-driven, and motivated Hybrid Sales Consultants to join its dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is someone with strong selling abilities, customer focus, and a proven sales record, particularly in capital goods or electronic security systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell armed response and monitoring agreements.

  • Promote and sell alarm upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and other security products.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Source own leads and follow up on leads provided internally.

  • Build relationships with estate agents, builders, and architects.

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Maintain sales administration with accuracy.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric (or equivalent qualification).

  • PSIRA registration – Grade C required.

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

  • Previous sales experience (preferably in capital goods sales).

  • Knowledge of alarm systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX) advantageous.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and new client acquisition targets.

  • Ensure consistent follow-up on all leads and quotes.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
