Job Purpose
To optimize sales and exceed customer expectations by executing the store’s operational strategy and effectively leading the team. As a Trainee Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador and uphold high standards within the store.

Represent and uphold the brand image of the store.

Be energetic, driven, and a self-starter.

Assist with or lead store operations, including merchandising, stock control, and cost management.

Maintain high visual and operational standards within the store.

Influence, support, and develop your team.

Show a strong interest in personal development and staff development.

Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written); proficiency in a second official language is an advantage.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric – compulsory

Further qualifications in retail or business – advantageous

At least 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or management role

Strong skills in merchandise management, stock control, and cost control

Proven leadership ability and team influence
