About the Role:
This role supports operational efficiency within third-party fulfilment centers by managing supplier relationships, assisting with inventory and order processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The position reports to the Supplies Specialist and contributes to global supply alignment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Fulfilment Centre Support

• Coordinate day-to-day communications with third-party partners

• Support vendor performance tracking and SLA execution

• Maintain contact records and organize review meetings

Inventory & Order Coordination

• Track inventory and assist with data entry in supply systems

• Monitor inventory levels with fulfilment partners and flag issues

• Assist with local/international order processing and documentation

Operational Process Assistance

• Track order fulfilment, dispatches, and returns

• Support stock movement between warehouses or external sites

• Identify minor process issues and suggest improvements

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audits

• Assist with audit preparation and data logging

Performance Monitoring Support

• Track KPIs like inventory turnover and delivery accuracy

• Prepare performance reports from third-party data

• Escalate service failures to the Supplies Specialist

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Communicate fulfilment updates with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service)

• Share inventory/order updates with key stakeholders

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Basic understanding of supply chain/logistics operations

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and with supervision

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or order fulfilment

• Experience with third-party logistics providers or fulfilment centres (preferred)

• Familiarity with inventory management and supplier coordination

• Exposure to ERP systems and compliance processes

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and with external vendors
