Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead the operations and sales of our homechoice showroom at Mall@Carnival. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in retail management, customer experience, team leadership, and operational excellence.

As the face of the showroom, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the showroom reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service and presentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Operations: Drive sales performance while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop your team to consistently meet business objectives and deliver top-tier service.

  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric environment where every interaction exceeds expectations.

  • Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, minimize returns and cancellations, and ensure merchandise is well-displayed.

  • Cash Management: Oversee and ensure accurate handling and reporting of all showroom financial transactions.

  • Promotions & Merchandising: Implement monthly promotional campaigns and maintain visual merchandising standards.

  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

  • Security & Safety: Maintain showroom security and ensure the safety of both staff and customers.

  • Training & Development: Ensure all staff are trained and equipped with the skills and product knowledge to excel.

  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Uphold showroom and stockroom cleanliness and organization.


Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a target-driven retail environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in homeware retail highly advantageous.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Clear credit and criminal record is required.
