Position Summary

As a Service Advisor, you will ensure service excellence at the point of sale by managing all operational activities efficiently, motivating and training cashiers/shop assistants, managing stock and cash securely, and delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control operational activities at the point of sale (POS)

  • Ensure effective cash and stock management to minimise shrinkage

  • Train, motivate, and supervise shop assistants/cashiers

  • Schedule sufficient staffing in line with company policies and labour laws

  • Resolve customer queries promptly according to company policy

  • Promote Clicks Clubcard and achieve participation targets

  • Enforce security and administrative procedures to reduce stock loss

  • Act as a brand ambassador providing friendly, professional service

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and inform customers accordingly

  • Support the company vision to be the first choice health and beauty retailer


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Relevant Retail or Business Management qualification (for external applicants)

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing, supervisory role in retail/FMCG

  • Competency in numeracy and stock management
