Position Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will ensure service excellence at the point of sale by managing all operational activities efficiently, motivating and training cashiers/shop assistants, managing stock and cash securely, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and control operational activities at the point of sale (POS)

Ensure effective cash and stock management to minimise shrinkage
-
Train, motivate, and supervise shop assistants/cashiers
-
Schedule sufficient staffing in line with company policies and labour laws
-
Resolve customer queries promptly according to company policy
-
Promote Clicks Clubcard and achieve participation targets
-
Enforce security and administrative procedures to reduce stock loss
-
Act as a brand ambassador providing friendly, professional service

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and inform customers accordingly

Support the company vision to be the first choice health and beauty retailer
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Relevant Retail or Business Management qualification (for external applicants)

Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing, supervisory role in retail/FMCG
