Introduction
Russells is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Salesperson to join its Hammanskraal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products, delivering excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients to meet their needs and contribute to the store's sales growth.
Job Purpose
To generate income and maximise profit from sales and services by providing outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct sales activities to drive revenue

Meet or exceed sales targets and budgets

Merchandise products effectively to attract and retain customers

Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies

Deliver service in a professional, customer-centric manner
Minimum Requirements

Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience: 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail
