Job Purpose:
To create a positive and solutions-driven customer experience by understanding client needs and offering value-adding financial services, while strictly adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality customer service that aligns with company standards and ethics

Comply with governance, compliance, and risk procedures

Accurately complete administration and reporting tasks

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining an acceptable cost-of-sales ratio

Identify growth opportunities within the client base

Drive product sales, including Life Insurance, Funeral Cover, Debt Protect Plans, and Health Cash Plans
-
Promote digital and self-service platforms to clients

Maintain in-depth knowledge of FirstRand-approved products and application processes

Support teamwork, cost-efficiency, and inclusivity within your team

Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
Minimum Requirements:
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role

Proven track record in selling life insurance and related financial products
-
Minimum 2 years of outbound call center experience, including cold calling
-
FAIS-compliant: FSCA-recognized NQF Level 5 qualification

Clear credit record
