Purpose of the Role
To provide routine clerical and administrative support to functional teams, including tasks like data entry, record keeping, file maintenance, and simple calculations under supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and distributing mail.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases.

  • Support reporting and compliance processes.

  • Assist in the collection and processing of data and transactions.

  • Uphold quality and regulatory standards in administrative tasks.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF Level 4

  • Tertiary Qualification (NQF Level 5) preferred


Minimum Experience

  • At least 3 years in a people-facing and administrative role

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient typing and proofreading

  • Excellent time management skills
