Job Description
Reporting to the Supervisor: Passenger Services, the Passenger Information Agent will support airport operations by assisting passengers, sharing flight information, and ensuring service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and resolve customer needs

  • Announce flight information clearly and promptly

  • Support internal stakeholders to meet operational goals

  • Contribute to customer care initiatives and projects

  • Maintain positive relationships with passengers and team members

  • Record data for trend analysis and service improvement

  • Identify and escalate system errors or repeated operational non-compliance


Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • At least 1 year of experience in airport operations (advantageous)
