Job Description
Reporting to the Supervisor: Passenger Services, the Passenger Information Agent will support airport operations by assisting passengers, sharing flight information, and ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and resolve customer needs

Announce flight information clearly and promptly

Support internal stakeholders to meet operational goals

Contribute to customer care initiatives and projects

Maintain positive relationships with passengers and team members

Record data for trend analysis and service improvement

Identify and escalate system errors or repeated operational non-compliance
Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

At least 1 year of experience in airport operations (advantageous)
