Role Overview
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at ANEW Hotel Capital, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and professional check-in and check-out process. The role supports front office management, maintains guest registration accuracy, and contributes to a positive guest experience that aligns with the hotel’s mission and success.
Key Responsibilities

Assist Front Office Management with reception procedures using the appropriate systems

Ensure full familiarity with hotel and company policies

Maintain the tidiness and security of the Front Office area, including correspondence and registration details

Greet and receive guests politely, efficiently, and professionally

Ensure guest registration forms are completed correctly and information is accurate

Update guest profiles and manage payment guarantees

Maintain exceptional grooming, posture, and professional body language
Minimum Requirements

Approximately 1 year reception experience

Grade 12 / National Certificate minimum

Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management (advantageous)

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Extensive knowledge of Opera PMS

Bilingual communication skills
