Purpose of the Role

To process allocated motor claims and prepare them for assessment. The consultant will handle all claim-related communication with clients, intermediaries, and service providers, ensuring that all documentation and steps are completed accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process claims and prepare them for assessor appointment

  • Communicate with clients, intermediaries, and service providers

  • Ensure all documents are complete and accurate

  • Follow up on outstanding digital images or supporting documents

  • Manage rental vehicle services, including requests, extensions, and terminations

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues

  • Conduct daily reviews and manage claim workflows using Claims Center system


Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office)

  • 2 to 4 years' experience in motor claims

  • Experience in claims handling (pre- or post-support) is advantageous

  • Familiarity with Abuntex, BPM, Claims Center, and Codeplex (SPM) is a plus
