Purpose of the Role
To process allocated motor claims and prepare them for assessment. The consultant will handle all claim-related communication with clients, intermediaries, and service providers, ensuring that all documentation and steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Process claims and prepare them for assessor appointment

Communicate with clients, intermediaries, and service providers

Ensure all documents are complete and accurate

Follow up on outstanding digital images or supporting documents

Manage rental vehicle services, including requests, extensions, and terminations

Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues
-
Conduct daily reviews and manage claim workflows using Claims Center system
Qualifications and Experience
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office)

2 to 4 years' experience in motor claims
-
Experience in claims handling (pre- or post-support) is advantageous
-
Familiarity with Abuntex, BPM, Claims Center, and Codeplex (SPM) is a plus
