Key Purpose
Provide administrative and operational support to the Funeral Distribution sales team (12 Sales Managers across regions). Ensure efficient office management, reporting, and quality assurance for new business and claims processes.
Key Responsibilities

Quality assure all submitted business.

Capture new business and claims; follow up on outstanding requirements.

Compile and act on daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Support the Sales Manager and liaise with other business areas.

Monitor and improve office efficiency.

Serve and support financial advisers; act as link between manager and business.

Compile and present monthly team reports.
-
Ensure onboarding of advisers within SLA.
-
Receive and assist walk-in clients.
-
Act as receptionist/frontline administrator.

Answer calls and manage general office functions.

Provide insights and trend analysis to the Sales Manager.
