Programme Overview:
The YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme is designed to provide unemployed South African youth with valuable workplace experience. DHL is offering this opportunity to young people who are eager to learn, grow, and gain experience in the supply chain and logistics environment.
Job Purpose:
The programme aims to equip participants with practical experience and skills by assigning them duties aligned with DHL’s operational requirements. Selected candidates will be expected to support warehouse operations through loading, offloading, and maintaining safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand and follow client-specific requirements

Use equipment correctly and report any issues promptly

Identify and report product non-conformities
-
Operate within designated areas as per management direction

Follow operational procedures and adhere to safe work practices

Execute tasks as instructed by Team Leaders and Managers
Minimum Requirements:

Must be a South African citizen
-
Must be a BBBEE candidate
-
Aged between 18 and 29 years
-
Currently unemployed
-
Must have completed Grade 12/Matric with English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
