Telesales Agent – Mr Price Money (Mobile)

Mr Price Money is looking for energetic and motivated Telesales Agents to join our mobile division. In this role, you'll connect with existing customers to introduce them to our latest telco products, helping them stay connected while driving sales and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales
-
Contact prospective customers using dynamic campaign scripts.

Deliver prepared sales pitches and explain product features and pricing.

Address customer questions and ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and POPIA regulations.

Maintain accurate records in the Customer Debtor System (CDS).

Ensure call quality aligns with service level agreements (SLAs).
Customer Data Management

Accurately update customer personal, employment, and contact information.

Ensure updated data enables regular and effective customer contact, especially when collecting overdue accounts.

Minimum Requirements
Education
-
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Experience
-
Minimum of 1 year working in a mobile call centre or telesales role
Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of telesales techniques and telecommunications products

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed performance targets

Resilient and able to recover quickly from rejection
