Join our dynamic Talent Management team at Head Office. This administrative role supports recruitment across Head Office and Distribution Centres. You will work closely with the Group Talent Manager and Talent Specialists to coordinate recruitment activities, documentation, and reporting. Your role is vital in ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (advantageous)

2–3 years proven administrative experience

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of urgency and follow-through

Key Responsibilities
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicate details to candidates and hiring managers

Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files

Upload job adverts on internal and external platforms

Assist in reviewing and shortlisting CVs

Contact and screen external candidates for suitability

Inform unsuccessful candidates professionally and timeously

Conduct, track, and file pre-employment checks, references, and compliance documents

Prepare onboarding packs and assist with monthly inductions and first-day logistics

Maintain recruitment data and compile reports

Provide general administrative support such as document formatting, filing, and scheduling
