Job Opportunity: Control Room Operator

Main Purpose of the Role
To ensure that site-specific security requirements are adhered to while efficiently meeting client needs in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric.
- Certifications: Grade A/B PSIRA registered and accredited.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CCTV operation, and related technologies.
- Experience: At least 2 years in the Security Industry Control Room or Call Centre.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Additional Requirements:
- Firearm competency with business purposes.
- Valid driver's license with no endorsements.
- No criminal record or pending cases.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure and extended hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee control room personnel and daily operations.
- Manage the incident register and ensure updates are done daily.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to protocols.
- Oversee key control processes.
