Job Purpose

To provide telephonic and chat support via Glia to clients across the Business Bank product range efficiently and according to company policies and procedures.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

  • Minimum 1 year service call centre experience

  • Clear and succinct communication skills with strong enunciation and pronunciation

  • Knowledge of client service principles and practices


Preferred Qualifications

  • FAIS accreditation as Key Individual approved by FSCA (preferred)


Ideal Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in a banking environment

  • Conflict management skills

  • Basic technology understanding

  • Familiarity with telephonic and online communication tools


Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Analytical skills


Conditions of Employment

  • Clear criminal and credit record

  • Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, or rotational standby
