Job Purpose
To provide telephonic and chat support via Glia to clients across the Business Bank product range efficiently and according to company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Minimum 1 year service call centre experience

Clear and succinct communication skills with strong enunciation and pronunciation

Knowledge of client service principles and practices

FAIS accreditation as Key Individual approved by FSCA (preferred)
