Position Summary

The Service Advisor ensures fast, efficient, and professional customer service at the point of sale (POS) while managing operational activities, stock, cash, and staff effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all operational activities at the POS efficiently and safely.

  • Ensure stock and cash management procedures minimize shrinkage.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and administration.

  • Train, motivate, and supervise shop assistants and cashiers.

  • Manage staffing schedules in line with policies and labor legislation.

  • Resolve customer queries promptly according to company policies.

  • Promote the Clicks Clubcard to meet participation targets.

  • Enforce security, cash control, returns policies to reduce stock loss.

  • Act as a brand ambassador providing friendly, professional customer service.

  • Keep updated on products, promotions, and company events.
