Purpose
To provide hospitality, food, and beverage services during SARB functions and events.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, clear, and prepare venues (meeting rooms, boardrooms, function areas).

Serve food and beverages following food safety standards.

Inspect and ensure cleanliness before and after events.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OHS&E).

Handle client service with professionalism and courtesy.

Address client needs and complaints appropriately.

Work independently and solve problems as they arise.

Maintain accurate records of breakages and lost items.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent.
Experience
-
1–2 years in a hospitality-related role.

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
