Introduction
Bradlows is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson who can contribute to the store’s performance and take on additional responsibility as 2IC (Second-in-Charge) when the Branch Manager is unavailable. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a customer-focused and sales-driven retail environment.
Job Purpose
To generate income and maximise profit through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service, while supporting operational and leadership functions in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly targets

Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships

Assist in merchandising to attract and retain customers

Handle both cash and credit transactions in line with company policy

Maintain a customer-centric approach at all times

Perform administrative duties linked to sales processes

Step into the Branch Manager’s role when required

Work effectively as part of a team and manage tasks independently
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

7–12 months of sales experience, ideally in retail
