Purpose of the Role
To build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with customers in the Centurion region by delivering exceptional service, tailored workwear solutions, and consistent follow-through. The External Customer Advisor acts as the face of Jonsson Workwear, ensuring every customer engagement reflects the company’s high standards of professionalism, service excellence, and personal attention.
Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and reliability

Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Centurion region

Proactively understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable workwear solutions

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with drive and persistence

Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels of a client’s organization

Follow up consistently and deliver on all commitments

Represent the Jonsson Workwear brand with professionalism, integrity, and charm

Spend significant time traveling to customer sites, using Jonsson Workwear Centurion as the home base
