About the Opportunity:
This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, customer service, and Apple products. It offers hands-on technical experience in a retail environment, along with training and development opportunities and exposure to the Apple ecosystem.
Interns will work as part of the in-store technical team, providing support to customers with hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and general tech support.
Minimum Requirements:

Completed Matric

A+ and N+ qualification completed

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software

Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux

Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
