Job Purpose:
To provide efficient front office, administrative, and HR support services at the BTT Richards Bay Regional Office, ensuring professional customer engagement and smooth internal operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12 / National Certificate)

HR or Administration qualification (advantageous)

3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls in a polite and professional manner

Deliver messages and assist walk-in visitors by contacting hosts

Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area

Promote a professional company image to visitors and callers

Manage access permits and office stationery orders for new staff

Distribute mail and coordinate courier services for outgoing documents

Keep internal telephone directories and short codes up to date
-
Assist with document tasks (photocopying, faxing, laminating, scanning, typing)

Provide administrative and HR support as directed by the HR Manager

Participate in internal communications meetings

Liaise with IT/Procurement for telephone-related issues
