Job Purpose:

To support the RBIDZ Labour Desk through data capturing, job seeker engagement, and administrative tasks, while liaising with employers and project teams to enhance employment coordination and delivery in the region.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • National Diploma in:

    • Office Management

    • Office Administration

    • Human Resource Management

    • Public Management / Administration or equivalent

  • Valid Driver’s License


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Labour Desk Functions:

  • Capture information to build job seeker profiles using assigned tools

  • Maintain and update the job seeker database (data entry, cleaning, error correction)

  • Organize and update hardcopy and electronic files

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all job seeker information

  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules

  • Manage incoming CVs and data from various sources

  • Respond to labour sourcing enquiries and job opportunity access

  • Liaise with employers, contractors, and project managers to coordinate labour activities

  • Track facilitated jobs and recruitment progress

  • Conduct gap analyses for shortlisted candidates

Administrative Support:

  • Identify inconsistencies in data and follow up for corrections

  • Maintain proper filing systems for source documents

  • Generate and analyze reports on collected data

  • Support internal and external stakeholder engagement

  • Assist with conflict resolution and maintain positive relations

  • Ensure all documentation and processes meet quality and accuracy standards
