Introduction
Tracker is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Installation Support Administrator to join the Installation Logistics – Scheduling Division in Middelburg. This role involves managing client appointments, coordinating with technicians, and providing exceptional customer service in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Promote Tracker products to new and existing customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Handle contract administration, reporting, and feedback

Maintain excellent customer service standards under pressure

Coordinate Tracker unit installations and service requests
-
Manage appointment rescheduling and cancellations
-
Liaise with technicians and ensure schedule accuracy
-
Optimize technician utilization and quality of schedules

Outsource work to fitment centers as needed

Assist walk-in clients with scheduling inquiries

Resolve customer queries effectively, both telephonically and face-to-face

Capture data accurately and handle administrative follow-ups

Take full ownership of client issues within defined SLA timelines
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)

At least 1 year of Contact Centre experience

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (advantageous)

Proficient computer skills, including accurate data capturing and typing

Strong communication and telephone skills

Analytical and problem-solving ability

Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively

High self-discipline and ability to work independently

Willingness to work in a call environment with recorded calls
