Purpose of the Role
The Designate Assistant Manager will support the store's Management Team while undergoing structured training to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to manage a Checkers store. This role focuses on store operations, customer service excellence, team leadership, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply principles of effective store management

Support sales and profitability targets while ensuring high levels of customer service

Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 / Matric (compulsory)

Diploma or degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field (advantageous)
Experience Required

Retail or customer service experience (preferred)

Previous leadership or management experience in any retail environment (required)
