ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Assistant to support our kitchen and canteen operations. You will assist chefs and cooks with food prep, operate the cash register, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Assist with meal preparation, especially salads and desserts
-
Serve food and keep the serving line clean and well-stocked

Store and record leftover food properly
-
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving area, and canteen tables

Help train new employees when needed

Count and hand over stock during shift changes

Provide excellent customer service and handle client feedback professionally

Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Perform any reasonable tasks assigned by management

Practical, methodical, and detail-oriented work approach

Able to work quickly, safely, and maintain good personal hygiene

Able to work well in a team environment

Physically fit: able to bend, stand, lift, and work 45-50 hours per week
