Purpose of the Job
To gain comprehensive experience in all aspects of supermarket management including customer service, operations, staff leadership, merchandising, stock control, and financial oversight. Key Objectives

Rotational training across all store departments

Lead and manage staff effectively

Handle P&L and expense reporting

Minimum Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum Experience
-
At least 1 year in a retail environment, preferably with supermarket exposure
Knowledge and Skills

Computer literacy: MS Office (basic), supermarket systems and technology

Store operations management

Promotional planning and merchandising
-
Stock handling principles
-
Food safety and hygiene standards
-
Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) compliance
