Job Description
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for receiving and processing export sales orders, issuing quotations and invoices, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with shipping, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure efficient order delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and accurately process incoming export orders.

  • Prepare and issue export sales invoices.

  • Assist with local sales order processing when required.

  • Ensure timely billing of all sales orders.

  • Expedite order fulfillment through internal communication and coordination.

  • File local and export sales documentation in an organized and compliant manner.

  • Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries.

  • Adhere to company governance, policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Provide administrative and sales support to the customer service and frontend sales team.

  • Maintain clear communication with shipping, logistics, warehousing, and supply planning teams to keep customers updated.

  • Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required.

  • National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer care or order administration environment.

  • Exposure to supply chain processes is beneficial.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

  • Understanding of sales order billing procedures and systems is essential.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
