Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (National Certificate)

Experience in the motor industry is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

General administrative support
-
Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records
-
Handle vehicle invoicing and related administration
-
Maintain both electronic and physical vehicle documentation
-
Track and monitor vehicle deliveries and movements
-
Issue orders upon receipt of requests for creditor services/purchases
-
Capture and allocate creditor invoices and payments
-
Perform creditor reconciliations
-
Update debtor receipts daily and allocate accordingly
-
Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts weekly
-
Manage debtor ageing and send monthly statements
