Job Summary:
Rola Toyota Bredasdorp is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to provide administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, efficient, and passionate about the automotive sector.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (National Certificate)

  • Experience in the motor industry is advantageous

  • Basic computer skills (Office, Excel)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills

  • Problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently

  • Good numerical skills and financial interest

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Clear criminal record

  • Team player


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support

  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records

  • Handle vehicle invoicing and related administration

  • Maintain both electronic and physical vehicle documentation

  • Track and monitor vehicle deliveries and movements

  • Issue orders upon receipt of requests for creditor services/purchases

  • Capture and allocate creditor invoices and payments

  • Perform creditor reconciliations

  • Update debtor receipts daily and allocate accordingly

  • Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts weekly

  • Manage debtor ageing and send monthly statements
