Minimum Requirements

South African Citizen

Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)

Resident of the City of Ekurhuleni (proof of residence required)

Computer literate

Good communication skills

Customer service orientation

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Learnership Responsibilities
Training Phase:
-
Work for the employer as part of the learning process
-
Participate in all required learning and work experience
-
Follow all workplace policies and procedures
-
Complete timesheets and written assessments as required
-
Attend theoretical sessions and commit to learning
Placement Phase:
-
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
-
Follow company scripts and guidelines
-
Assist with order placements, queries, complaints, and support
-
Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction
-
Update customer records accurately
-
Follow up on unresolved queries
-
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
-
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism
