Main Purpose of the Job
To perform administrative duties at the Dis-Chem Distribution Centre in compliance with company and legal standards, supporting warehouse operations and overall supply chain functions.
Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Transport Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Returns Administration
-
Process warehouse and sales order credit requests
-
Resolve delivery queries and review warehouse credits
-
Ensure credit data accuracy and manage inter-departmental communication
General Administration
-
Submit invoices for payment
-
Capture supplier and MIRA (Goods Receiving) documents
-
Place stationary and expense orders
-
Maintain records for management reporting
Customer Service
-
Handle internal and external calls regarding orders and queries
-
Track and report on unfulfilled or late orders
-
Maintain accurate communication logs
Order Processing

Capture purchase orders in SAP
-
Balance return orders with physical stock
-
Ensure compliance with goods issue SOPs
Stock Adjustments & Returns

Perform adjustments (701, 702, 551, cycle counts)

Process and track returns to suppliers
