Job Purpose
SANBS is seeking a diligent Stores Assistant Dispatch Administrator to support the dispatch function. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading goods, housekeeping, and assisting with related stores functions at SANBS plants, departments, and mobile/fixed clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Support

Collect processed orders from the assembly area
-
Conduct visual inspection of goods
-
Confirm issued goods against goods issue slips
-
Organize goods on pallets and stage them for final approval
-
Assist with manual or equipment-assisted loading
Housekeeping & Admin Coordination

Work closely with the Dispatch Administrator
-
Generate waybills and record dispatch items when required
-
Label goods adequately
-
Sort and manage plastic and wooden pallets
-
Maintain cleanliness of dispatch area

Assist with resolving delivery queries
General Store Support
-
Participate in annual/monthly/cycle stock counts

Load/offload using forklift or stacker

Assist in stock picking, put-away, and other store duties

Adhere to all Stores SOPs and company procedures
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre
