Job Purpose
To conduct telesales for Discovery Life products by identifying sales opportunities, handling inbound and outbound calls, and meeting sales and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities

Handle communication with clients via phone, fax, and email

Conduct Financial Needs Analysis

Qualifications and Experience

Matric (essential)

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in outbound telesales

Minimum 1 year of Life product knowledge (Discovery Life experience is an advantage)

Computer literate (email, Word, Excel)

Tertiary qualification is an advantage

NQF5 and RE5 qualifications required
