Job Description
As a Call Centre Agent at Pedros, you will be the voice of our brand, handling incoming calls from customers. You will answer inquiries, assist with orders, and provide accurate information about our menu, services, and policies. Your main goal is to correctly capture and submit customer orders to the relevant stores.
Key Responsibilities

Understand the full menu and confidently explain items to customers

Take delivery and collection orders over the phone

Record orders accurately, including any special instructions

Assist with modifications to existing orders and communicate them to stores

Upsell and cross-sell menu items, drinks, or services to enhance the customer experience

Ensure all interactions reflect excellent customer service
Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Computer literacy and good phone etiquette

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience handling inbound calls

Prior experience in a call centre or similar customer-facing role
