Introduction
Pepkor Lifestyle, under the Russells division, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join their team in Burgersfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while contributing to the overall sales performance and growth of the store.
Purpose of the Role
To generate income and maximize profit from sales and services by providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Perform sales activities to generate revenue.

Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets or targets.

Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.

Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).

7–12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
