Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and personalized experience for customers.

• Drive sales by motivating and inspiring the team to achieve targets.

• Ensure the store’s visual merchandising meets brand standards.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked sales floor.

• Monitor and control stock levels, losses, and shrinkage.

• Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.

• Investigate stock variances and escalate issues to the Area Manager.

• Ensure point of sale and banking procedures are followed.

• Oversee store operations, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.

• Support the effective execution of all operational activities in the store.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent certificate.

• Passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service.

• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Positive work ethic and hands-on attitude.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.

• Basic proficiency in email and Excel.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to stay calm and pleasant under pressure.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Confident in demonstrating and promoting products.

• Energetic and able to motivate your team to create an exciting store atmosphere.
