Job Description

• Capture inventory-related data accurately and timeously.

• Assist stores with stock queries and escalate discrepancies.

• Generate stock reports (stock take, variance, shrinkage, damages, expired stock, etc.).

• Process stock transfers and write-offs.

• Participate in inventory audits and stock takes.

• Maintain updated inventory records for assigned stores.

• Conduct training on the inventory system as required.

• Assist other departments based on operational needs.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

• Certificate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous).

• At least 1 year of experience in data capture, stock administration, or inventory control.

• Experience in inventory audits and stock takes (advantageous).

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, General) at an intermediate level.

• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
