Job Purpose
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management of sales, marketing, operations, technical, and administrative functions within the branch. The role includes achieving budget targets, maintaining high operational standards, and working to reduce crime levels in the community.
Minimum Requirements
-
Post-matric qualification in General Management (Advantageous)
-
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Management (Advantageous)
-
Minimum of 3 years' experience at mid-management level
-
Financial knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and profit and loss
-
Grade B Security Certificate (to be obtained upon appointment if not already held)
-
Experience in the security industry preferred

Leadership

Provide strong leadership and direction for the branch and its employees

Submit budget plans and ensure targets are met

Prepare annual business plans and sales budgets

Manage branch profitability and financial forecasting

Conduct sales projections and set growth targets

Assist sales consultants in reaching targets

Manage client relations and handle complaints

Identify opportunities for residential guarding and bulk sales

Manage branch attrition and reconnection strategies
