Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for data capturing, stock allocation, and administrative support in the warehouse environment.
Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 – Required
-
Experience in a warehouse environment – Advantageous
-
Data capturing experience – Required
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

SAP experience – Advantageous
Key Responsibilities
-
Process and capture data from completed pick slips daily.
-
Maintain accurate stock allocation records.
-
Liaise with the Commercial Admin team to resolve queries.
-
File all relevant documents in accordance with the pick slip register.
-
Update the GRV register and post stock receipts in the ERP system.
-
Assist with stock-taking during month-end.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
