Admin Assistant (Temporary Position – 4 Months)

Reporting to: Warehouse Manager (Nikash Debiparsad)

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for data capturing, stock allocation, and administrative support in the warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 – Required

  • Experience in a warehouse environment – Advantageous

  • Data capturing experience – Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • SAP experience – Advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and capture data from completed pick slips daily.

  • Maintain accurate stock allocation records.

  • Liaise with the Commercial Admin team to resolve queries.

  • File all relevant documents in accordance with the pick slip register.

  • Update the GRV register and post stock receipts in the ERP system.

  • Assist with stock-taking during month-end.

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
