Job Summary
iMasFinance Co-operative (Ltd) seeks a Training Administrative Assistant to support the administration of employee training and skills development programs. This role involves coordinating training schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless execution of training activities.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric (Essential)
- Diploma in Human Resources Development or related field (Essential)
- Degree in Human Resources Development or related field (Advantageous)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite) (Essential)
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s License (Advantageous)
Experience:
- 1–2 years operational work experience in training administration or related field
Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with training methods and techniques
- Knowledge of legislative requirements for training and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Report writing and administrative support
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate training schedules to relevant stakeholders, including in-house training, inductions, wellness, and system-related programs.
- Book and register employees for training sessions.
- Arrange training venues, equipment, travel, and accommodation for attendees.
- Liaise with external training providers regarding training programs.
- Support the administration of learnerships, including recruitment and appointment of learners and interns.
- Capture and maintain employee training records, including study bursary agreements.
- Compile monthly training reports and assist with Workplace Skills Plan submissions to the Bank SETA.
- Maintain continuous communication with internal facilitators and external providers.
- Foster good relationships with internal business departments to support training objectives.

- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
