Position Purpose
TFR invites unemployed South African graduates (ages 18–35) to join its two-year Graduate Development Programme, designed to provide structured institutional knowledge and on-the-job training. This program aims to help participants gain valuable work experience and improve employability prospects. Candidates will be assessed every six months to ensure mutual alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Education:
- Minimum: National Diploma/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/BTech in Sales and Marketing or related fields.
- Qualification must be at NQF Level 6 or above.
- Experience: No prior work experience is required.
- Citizenship: Applicants must be South African citizens.
