Job Summary
As a Siding Operator at RBMR, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient offloading of chemical reagents used in production, ensuring operational compliance, safety, and housekeeping in the chemical offloading area. You’ll work closely with the Bulk Administrator and contribute to the daily functioning of the plant.
Key Responsibilities

Safely handle and offload chemical reagents used in plant processes

Verify accuracy of delivery notes and Certificates of Analysis

Adhere to operating procedures for bulk materials

Operate equipment and vehicles safely and responsibly

Maintain plant equipment and minimize chemical spillages

Report any leaks, spills, or safety hazards promptly
-
Ensure high housekeeping standards at the offloading bay

Follow all health, safety, environment, and security protocols

Participate in team training and meetings
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science
-
At least 1 year of materials handling experience
-
6 months of hazardous chemical handling experience (advantageous)

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Physically fit and safety-conscious
